Kid Fitness Program
Kid-Fit is a physical education program designed to instill healthy lifestyle habits in children ages 2-5. Offering kid's fitness classes will teach small children all about their bodies and how they work. Topics such as the heart, lungs, muscles, bones, brain, mouth and nutrition are a regular part of their classes. Kid-Fit incorporates exercises and fitness activities such as aerobics, dance, stretching, gymnastics, sports, strengthening, gross motor skills and balance. Children workout and learn about overall health, anatomy, nutrition, healthy food choices and exercise. Together we can help prevent childhood obesity and provide fitness for toddlers through kindergartner. Kid-Fit exercise classes help develop self-esteem and positive associations with exercise, healthy eating and rest.
